The Digital Infrastructure Capability Toolkit has been developed by ADEPT to highlight the vital role local authorities pay in overcoming delivery challenges and improving connectivity for businesses and communities.
The Toolkit sets out why digital infrastructure should be treated as core economic and place-based infrastructure, why dedicated local teams are essential to delivery, and what needs to be protected, strengthened and designed into future operating models.
