Building on the success of the local highways Live Lab programme, ADEPT sees an opportunity to join up the climate agenda with the drive to both restart and renew our economy post Covid-19. Every ADEPT council member has declared some form of carbon reduction commitment and this proposal would avoid seeing the agenda marginalised.
