LDP alumni event
The ADEPT Leadership Development Programme has been running successfully for 6 years and has had over 150 participants. Feedback on the programme has been extremely positive and a recent survey showed that the alumni were keen for some follow up events to enable them to re-connect and support them on their leadership journey. A face-to-face event is being held in London on 12th July for alumni to network with those they met on their cohort as well as with other aspiring leaders from across the country. There will be sessions on inclusive leadership, systems and strategic thinking, storytelling and the state of the employment market in the place sector to support the alumni with their career journeys.
