ADEPT Leadership Development Programme alumni event highlights future opportunities
On the 12th of July, ADEPT hosted an alumni event for participants of our Leadership Development Programme.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the cohort to meet up, network and connect with other aspiring leaders from across the country. The agenda was packed with powerful and inspirational sessions on inclusive leadership, systems and strategic thinking, galvanising environmental action and the state of the employment market in the place sector.
The event was a huge success, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and 97% of attendees saying they would be interested in an annual event.
ADEPT’s Leadership Development Programme has been running for six years and has seen more than 150 participants on their leadership journey, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the place sector.
Developing members and supporting them is at the heart of ADEPT’s work. We run three leadership programmes, all designed to drive innovation and develop leadership:
- PACE: The Place Leaders' Programme
- Leadership Development Programme
- Leadership Pathway Programme
The new Leadership Pathway Programme, is designed to develop future leadership skills and pave the way for the Leadership Development Programme. Developed in partnership with Solace, we are now accepting applications – we need a strong pipeline of future leaders for our sector!
