After the successful launch of the Gen Z ‘Find your Path’ recruitment initiative, our campaign partner APSE will be hosting a webinar for stakeholders and interested partners to explore the project in greater detail and you can sign up now via the link below.
The roundtable discussion will examine the complexities of attracting Gen Z to the local government workforce and will feature insight from focus groups, an overview of the campaign and the view from across the UK with contributions from Swansea and Fife councils.
